Plush furnishings, richly hued woods, and every mountain comfort await at this two-bedroom condo in EagleRidge Lodge, an all-seasons escape that’s beautifully situated within an easy walk of the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. It’s been recently updated with new mattresses on all beds including the sofa sleeper, upgraded appliances, and new furniture in the living area.
Spend summer days hiking and mountain biking, taking in the gorgeous mountain view on the balcony, and flipping burgers and steaks on your private gas grill. Come winter, you can walk home from a day on the slopes to toss your snowy socks in the washer/dryer, warm up with a mug of cocoa by the gas fireplace, and kick back to watch your favorite movies on one of the three TVs (one in the living room and one in each bedroom) and DVD player. On the grounds, you’ll also be treated to a heated pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a fitness center, a steam room, massage services, and a winter shuttle to connect you to Steamboat’s countless attractions.

This condo is part of the EagleRidge Lodge in Steamboat Springs, a complex that’s ideally positioned just a quarter-mile stroll from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter months, the resort offers 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain, highlighted by the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Come summertime, you can easily go mountain biking or hiking, take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest), or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown Steamboat Springs, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and wonderful restaurants that include The Laundry, Salt and Lime, and Carl’s Tavern, is three miles north. You’ll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.
