La Casa 14 If you’re planning a vacation to Steamboat Springs for a large family or travel group, make sure you have the accommodations to keep everyone cozy by booking a stay at La Casa 14. This four-bedroom, five-bathroom condo provides visitors with 2,400 square feet of living space. Two primary suites each have king beds and en suite bathrooms. The remaining bedrooms include two twin beds with their own attached bathrooms. From the living area, access the balcony through sliding glass doors that also allow for plenty of natural light flow during daytime hours. Cook up delicious home-cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen and then dine together at the large dining table - perfect for family game nights! For those traveling with little ones, a highchair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request. And when your days of adventure come to a close, rest and relaxation are yours for the taking thanks to the multiple hot tubs on-site....

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
