Charming one-story villa, on 1st floor, features 2 large bedrooms-2 baths, light-filled sunroom with lagoon views, 10-minute walk to the beach. The tastefully decorated villa has soft, inviting color palettes, comfortable furnishings, open-floor plan with ceiling fans and hardwood floors in the main living areas. The gourmet, fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stone backsplash, built-in appliances. The adjoining dining area has comfortable seating for four. The well-appointed living room opens to the sunroom. Casement windows, plantation shutters, expansive views of the lagoons from the dining room, living room, sunroom, master bedroom stream light into the villa. The bedrooms, each with a King bed and TV, are bright with light-filled windows, tasteful furniture, décor. The master suite overlooking the lagoon has a vaulted, wood plank ceiling, glass-encased shower with sitting area. The second bedroom has a sitting area, tiled shower-tub combo.
