Featuring a unique redesigned floorplan, you’ll notice the inside of the home is filled with lots of natural light due to the added skylights over the large and open living area. When you’re not out on a beach adventure, stretch out over a sofa while you catch up with some friends, or enjoy a beautiful scenic view with a cocktail out on the back deck. The cottage is just 300 yards from the beach, so be sure to take the kids out to explore some nature - Kiawah has all kinds of beautiful marsh and dune vegetation for them to check out.

You’ll have all the walking, hiking, and biking opportunities you can ask for, with over 10 miles of beach and 30 miles of trails that cover the island. Don’t worry if you get hungry along the way - some of the bike trails will drop you right into Freshfields Village, around four miles away, for some great dining and shopping. Night Heron Park on Kiawah has plenty of playgrounds and green spaces for the family to enjoy, not to mention basketball courts and other family-friendly spots. Within a 25-mile drive, you’ll be in downtown historic Charleston where you will find lots of great activities like shopping, fine dining, local history tours, and lots of amazing art exhibits, live music, and farmers markets.
