This quiet and relaxing townhome is perfect for your next family retreat! Year-round this location is hard to beat! You’ll have a private hot tub to relax those worn-out muscles at the end of a day full of activity. The large heated garage has plenty of room even with a large SUV. After a day of skiing, you can come back to a carpeted area with a bench as well as clothes and ski racks for six. This changing area has it all including boot warmers. Cozy up by the fireplace and play one of the many board games available or read a good book. This dog-friendly getaway features a convenient gas grill on the balcony along with an outdoor dining area, which makes it the perfect place to host a cookout.

Located at the intersection of Wood River Dr. and Bird Dr., this complex is also contiguous to the bike path which, in the winter, is groomed for skiing. You’ll be walking distance to the River Run side of Bald Mountain and the River Run Lifts. For the fisherman, Wood River is just one block away. You’ll be about a half a mile away from downtown Ketchum where you’ll have an array of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment. In Sun Valley, about two and a half miles away, you can go ice skating at the Sun Valley Ice Rink or listen to some music at the Sun Valley Pavillion.
