There are a few restaurants in Gleneden Beach and a golf course and spa at the Salishan Resort one mile north. You’ll find a grocery store two and a half miles south along Highway 101 and major shopping and necessities seven miles north in Lincoln City. Head 20 miles south to the famous Oregon Coast Aquarium, one of the premier attractions in the region. Wax Works is 19 miles south as well, where you can see Hollywood legends and historical icons come to life.
The home has a modern interior with comfortable furnishings, a furnished ocean-side deck with a cocktail table, a gas firepit in the middle, and spectacular views of the water.
