You’ll be in awe of the incredible oceanfront location of this beautifully decorated home and its adjacent guesthouse - the perfect place for an extended family or a group of friends to experience the beauty of the Pacific Ocean! This rare property offers direct and easy access to the beach (without having to climb any cliffs), a private indoor hot tub that’s protected from the elements, and expansive front and back decks where you can soak in the splendor all around you. Your stay includes exclusive access to both the main house (Sea Dream) and the guesthouse (Sand Dollar Suite).
Inside the main house, you’ll be treated to comforts that include big-screen Smart TVs, new appliances, two dining tables that are ideal for groups, ample skylights, Tempurpedic mattresses in the bedrooms, and a fireplace for chilly coastal evenings. The neighboring guesthouse comes complete with a kitchenette, a living room, a bedroom and bathroom, a Smart TV, and front and rear decks.

This home enjoys a spectacular beachfront position in Fort Bragg, mere steps away from the shore and the MacKerricher Coastal Trail. You’ll be only four miles north of downtown, where you can search for treasures on Glass Beach, hop on board the Skunk Train, or grab a local beer at North Coast Brewing. The gorgeous Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens are seven miles south, and downtown Mendocino’s art galleries, coffee shops, and great restaurants are only seven miles beyond on a scenic stretch of California Highway 1.
