Hilltop Hideout Loaded with fine workmanship and lots of room for the whole family, this charming Shaver Lake home has it all! From the local pine flooring and glass sinks to the private pool table, this is the ideal spot for group getaways or family retreat! Perched on a hilltop overlooking the majestic pines, this home gives you plenty of privacy while still having easy access to all of the outdoor fun. Around four miles from the shores of Shaver Lake, you’ll be able to cast a line or paddle through the clear blue waters in no time. And when the snow is falling, make the quick 20-mile drive to China Peak Mountain Resort to shred the downhill runs. Start the day with a cup of coffee by the warmth of the gas fireplace, then toss in a load of laundry in the private washer/dryer. Break out the provided board games or have a billiards tournament on the private table (the game room also has its own kitchenette, so grabbing a snack is easy)....

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
