When the snow is falling, walk or ski to the lifts and hit the slopes of Dollar Mountain. In the summer, enjoy the many deluxe amenities available through the Sun Valley Elkhorn Association (SVEA) including a shared pool, hot tub, tennis courts, golf, and more. This home is situated in the center of the Indian Springs development just three miles east of downtown Ketchum. If visiting when the snow is just right, guests can ski over to the Elkhorn Ski Lifts and ride up to enjoy the beginner and intermediate runs of Dollar Mountain. As this community is located on the bus route, access to other Sun Valley ski areas is safe and easy. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
