Find the true beauty of Southern Utah from this spacious home, which boasts a private hot tub and shared amenities like a pool and fitness center. This home is decorated to the nines and bursting with a stunning contemporary feel featuring high-end furnishings, tile floors, tall ceilings, and unique wall art. To the left of the front door is an open living room with a leather sofa set, accent chairs, and a TV for movie nights with the group after a long day playing. If you can’t all decide on the same movie, feel free to make use of the other five TVs around the home and the Ping-Pong table in the garage.
Feeding 20 hungry travelers can be quite the feat. But the huge, well-equipped kitchen makes that job just that much easier. Along with granite countertops and stainless steel major appliances, a microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, and mixer are also provided for guest cooking. Set food up along the vast island to let everyone grab food buffet style, then take a seat inside at the island or dining table, or head out to the balcony to eat in the great outdoors. After dinner, head downstairs to play air hockey or board games in the great room. Then head outside to soak in the private hot tub before bed. Everyone will be begging for a return trip after your stay at this impressive Southern Utah home.
As part of the beautiful and inclusive Paradise Village at Zion community in Santa Clara, you’ll find great amenities like resort-style pools, a 20-person shared hot tub, a fitness center, and a clubhouse. A wonderful public park is within walking distance, and picturesque Zion National Park is a perfect day trip (48 miles away). Although this great neighborhood can easily keep the family happily occupied, feel free to venture out and find other fun activities. Archie Gubler Park is just down the street and houses playgrounds, splash pads, pickleball courts, volleyball courts, and baseball diamonds. Drive eight miles into St. George to shop at the outlets, walk on main street, and tour the LDS temple grounds. Hiking and golf courses can be found all around the valley, and don’t miss out on seeing a musical performance or Broadway show at Tuacahn Amphitheater three and a half miles away.
With Zion National Park a day’s trip away, you’ll need to plan for a day spent hiking and seeing the breathtaking red rock canyons there. There are plenty of family-friendly hikes like the Riverwalk and Lower Emerald Pools, as well as expert hikes like Angel’s Landing and The Subway.
