Boasting room for up to 18 lucky guests, this beautiful Southern Utah home is a great spot for your next family reunion.
Set on the fringes of Santa Clara inside an innovative new community called Paradise Village at Zion (aptly named for being only 48 miles from Zion National Park), you’ll be happily surprised at the fantastic amenities awaiting just steps from your home base.
Enjoy the contemporary design of this home in the living room while watching a movie via Netflix streaming or Blu-ray DVD players on the large flatscreen TV, or reading a book while listening to the fire crackle. There’s also a Nintendo gaming system for entertaining afternoons. WiFi and streaming (via Netflix, Amazon Video, and Hulu are included with guest accounts) are available for catching the game and streaming your favorite music.
Across the room is a wood dining table for 10 and an impressively stocked kitchen (major and small appliances included) awaiting delicious home-cooked meals. Warm up by the outdoor firepit and watch the stars come out.
Between the five spacious bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, up to 18 guests can stay here, 16 of which can sleep among the beds (one king bed, three queen beds, and a very unique bunk room with two twin over queen built-in bunk beds). The remaining group members can use the sofas or being their own air mattresses and sleeping bags to use.

Soak in the 20-person hot tub after you splash and swim in the stunning resort-style pools. This wonderful community also features a fitness room, clubhouse, and playground. Guests are within walking distance of Archie Gubler Park, housing splash pads, playgrounds, baseball diamonds, and much more.
St. George is brimming with activities like golfing, shopping, dining, hiking, and seeing a show at Tuacahn Amphitheater. Don’t forget your hiking boots, water, and camera for you day trip to Zion National Park. Take on Angel’s Landing, or wade your way through The Narrows. Zion Canyon Visitor Center is only 40 miles north off I-15 and is a great spot for taking a drive through some of the most breath-taking canyon and cliff views you’ll ever see.
