This unique and stunning home near Coos Bay is a great place to get away from the stress of everyday life. With fabulous views of the forested scenery, a stylish and comfortable interior, and plenty of peace and quiet to enhance relaxation, you will love it here!
Located east of downtown Coos Bay, this home is far enough away that you won’t be bothered by the sounds of traffic, but still close enough that you can easily drive in for groceries, a bite to eat, or some fun shopping. Coos Bay and its close neighbor, North Bend, have a surprising variety of businesses, ranging from a wonderful casino, to the famous dunes nearby, plus great fishing areas, and of course Cranberry Sweets, an absolutely fantastic candy store.
When you return to this home after a day of exploring the area, you will be wowed by its unique appearance and luxurious interior. With one bedroom (and a loft) each with a bed, this house has ample space for guests.
A huge living area with lots of seating and fabulous two-story windows overlooks the surroundings, and a pressed wood log in the fireplace will banish any coastal chills. An enormous kitchen stocked with all kinds of appliances and extras (like an espresso machine!) awaits for you to cook up whatever your heart desires.
The living room downstairs has a huge library of books and some board games to keep you busy, and the loft area has a TV complete with cable and a selection of DVD and VHS movies. You will also enjoy WiFi access during your stay. The upstairs bathroom also has a fabulously luxurious soaking tub with a window that overlooks the forested scenery.
Additional amenities include a washer/dryer and an EV car charging station for electric cars.
If you want to spend a relaxing vacation in a secluded area surrounded by beauty, this is a great house for you! And within a short drive are amazing activities such as ocean fishing, strolling on the sandy beach, enjoying an ATV ride on the world-famous dunes, walking through the mall in North Bend, and exploring the shops in town. Near the end of August every year, the town holds a delightful Blackberry Festival, but this is a nice area to visit at any time of year.
