Near the shores at Agate Bay at Lake Tahoe, this home is also just a little over eight miles from Northstar California for Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, golfing, and family-centric activities at its village. With elegant mountain-inspired style, this lodge is equipped for the whole family to have a relaxing and memorable vacation. Even up to two dogs are invited to join you here. Curl up for a movie by TV and wood-burning fireplace. Socialize among the pines on the private deck or in the hot tub. Save money by fixing meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
