Blue Ocean Villa III is a spectacular Oceanfront Luxury Townhouse, one of 3 units in a very exclusive Private Residence. Formerly the owner’s private home, every room has a full ocean view with direct beach and pool access. Well located directly on the sand in Pompano Beach. We boast 2200 square feet of the finest in fixtures and finishes for the discriminating traveler. This posh unit is a 4 bed/ 2.5 bath configured as 2, 2 room suites each with a bathroom and each bedroom has a flat-screen TV. The upstairs sleeping rooms are connected so you walk through one to get to the next. With the sofa bed in the living room, the unit sleeps 10 to 11 comfortably.  The fireplace is a beautiful addition to this homey Villa. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • Check-in is at 4:00 PM Check-out is at 11:00 AM
  • We ask that you please be respectful of the surrounding neighbors (Quiet Time is from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM - Everyday).
  • It is not permitted to have glass cups, glass bottles or glass of any kind outside by the pool area.
  • No Parties or Large Group functions are permitted. We love to hear that our guests are having fun, However Loud & Unruly Behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Please note, this property is NON-Smoking. (An additional cleaning fee of $120 will be applied at checkout if the housekeeping department discovers that smoking has occurred inside of the property)
  • There will be No Daily Maid Service Provided. If you require additional maid service, it may arrange this for an additional fee. Please note, that LINENS, BEACH CHAIRS & BATH TOWELS are included inside of the unit. Our Housekeeping Department would prefer that you do not wash any linens or towels upon your departure. Please leave the linens & towels piled up on the floor.
  • Please be sure to lock the unit and to leave the Air Conditioner on 75 degrees (Fahrenheit) Please Do Not Park on the Grass. Our cleaning crew will arrive shortly after your departure.
  • We simply ask that you remove your garbage from the unit and place it in the outside receptacle
  • No pets allowed unless specified and approved. A pet sanitation fee will be charged upon approval.
