Welcome to The Residence Club 3, a unique offering of 2 side-by-side townhomes located on the ocean in the heart of beautiful Mission Beach. This rare vacation beach home consists of Residence Club 1 (2br + 3ba, second townhome from left if facing building) & Residence Club 2 (2br + 2.5ba, corner townhome) for a total combined offering of 4br + 5.5ba that sleeps 16 (12 adults max). Our homes are located on the Northern most portion of the building & not connected inside. Both homes offer unobstructed views of the ocean, beach, and sunsets from the comfort of your own home. Pricing reflects the total amount for both homes.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
