This charming 300 year old villa maintains the rustic features of a traditional finca but with the updated elegance and comfort offered by modern appliances and technology. Situated in the countryside between the towns of Santa Gertrudis and San Miguel, this villa offers a charming private garden, two outdoor dining areas and six bedrooms.

Inside, wooden beams add a rustic touch and polished stone floors keep the space cool and comfortable. A fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining area. The living/lounge area on the interior opens onto outside dining and seating areas on the terrace adjacent to the pool.
A master suite with a private terrace as well as two ensuite bedrooms and one bedroom with its own separate bath are located in the main house. Two ensuite bedrooms and a bedroom with its own separate bath can be found in the guest house. Views of the mountains and surrounding countryside merge with the gardens....

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
  • For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
