We’ve always taken pride in our clean and fresh homes, and we know this is more important than ever. In an abundance of caution, on top of our already rigorous cleaning procedures, our housekeepers have been given an even more robust disinfecting checklist, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and frequently touched surfaces. As always, ALL LINENS that touch you are freshly laundered every stay. We have increased cleaning supply orders utilizing CDC-recommended disinfectants and increased frequency throughout your stay. In addition, we have increased the accessibility of hand sanitizers for you and our employees to protect the safety of the community.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
- You will need to furnish a credit card to the Property Manager for a REFUNDABLE $2,500 Security Deposit
- You must sign a rental agreement for this booking to be valid
- Your agreement will include additional rules that must also be followed.
- Minimum age to book is 28
- No Smoking anywhere on the property
- No pets permitted unless specified. For pet friendly units, the pets must be approved
- No more than 4 vehicles parked on/near property
- No parties/events/gatherings without prior approval
