The gardens were landscaped with the use of natural stones, there you will discover a swimming pool, a BBQ area with dinning furniture, palm trees, palm plants, flower trees, a large variety of flowers, a rock garden displaying a collection of cactuses and herbs that prosper in the area. The residence is absolutely private and this is ensured by the trees around the edges of the estate which create a natural fence.
This villa spreads out to 440m² and was built with the most up to date quality materials that the market has to offer. Offering eight double bedrooms, the villa has the capacity of accommodating comfortably in its luxurious facilities up to 18 adults. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
- On bookings made after May 6th, 2020 with a check-out date on or before March 31st, 2021*, guests may cancel up to 10 days before arrival and receive a full refund minus a $75 credit card processing fee. *Blackout dates: Stays taking place between December 20th and January 3rd do not qualify for 10-day cancellation.

- -Smoking Allowed? : Smoking & Vaping is not permitted inside the villa but only outside
- -Bathtub / Hot Tub: No children under the age of 5 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision.
- -Insurance: It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
- -Other: Any damage must be reported maximum 48H after check in. Beyond this period, the guest will be held responsible for any damages caused
- -Other: Baby equipment (baby cot, high chair etc) available upon request free of charge
