The villa comprises two sections: the main house and a 17th-century Saracen tower. Both sit in attractive gardens with a small above-ground plunge pool (3 x 5 m) with sea views. The first terrace (terrace 1), accessed from the ground floor living room, has tables and chairs, a pizza oven and barbecue. The living room leads into the laundry area. On the first floor, the second living room has a dining table for 12 and is situated next to the kitchen. Two first-floor terraces provide more outdoor space. The first (terrace 2) is accessed from the second living room and has a table and sofas. The other (terrace 3) is accessed via a flight of 18 stairs from terrace 2 and has a gym area, a hot tub for four and sun loungers.
