It’s hard to imagine a better location in Frisco as you’ll be in walking distance of Main St, which is filled with restaurants and bars. On most evenings, you’ll be able to enjoy live acoustic music on the balcony from nearby Foote’s Restaurant. The music ends at 9, so no worry about late-night noise. The condo complex is very quiet, ensuring a restful stay.
Inside, you’ll be amazed by the size of the condo. All the bedrooms are located on the bottom floor, featuring 2 king-size beds and a room with 4 bunk beds. Additionally, there are 2 full bathrooms on the bottom level. Perfect for a family get-a-way!
Upstairs brings you to a large, open kitchen. The kitchen is full of new, high-end appointments, making this condo the perfect place for entertaining guests, or cooking a large family meal. Additionally, the balcony has a Weber grill if you’re looking to do some BBQ’ing.
The family room features a large comfy couch and huge tv (with streaming capabilities - Netflix and Sling provided). Perfect for relaxing after a fun day at the slopes.
The condo is family-friendly, stocked with a high chair, pack n play, and a small selection of books/toys.
The spacious garage has 3 dedicated spaces and a ski locker, making it easy to start/end your ski day.
Frisco’s location between 5 major ski resorts (Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, A-Basin) allows you easy access to ski Colorado’s best resorts (all within 30 minutes)...making Frisco an ideal location for your winter get-away. Several resorts offer bus service to Frisco, allowing you to avoid traffic/parking issues that might arise at the resort (relax and let someone else do the driving!).
Frisco does not slow down in the summer, offering incredible hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Looking for something a little more laid back? Scenic Lake Dillion is a 10-minute walk, where you can enjoy some relaxing beach time. The marina offers plenty of water activities including paddleboard and boat rentals.
