This beautiful apartment is located on the first floor of a characteristic sand stone building just by the Plaza Bilbao Fontain. The building encompasses the charming area which consists on a pedestrian walk that crosses from the Plaza Bilbao Fontain to the Old Quarter. The building has an elevator and the apartment has been fully renovated on September 2020.
The apartment highlights for its central location as well as for its charming decor. The space has 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has two single beds and the second bedroom has a doble bed. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one of which is an ensuite for the master bedroom. Both bathrooms feature wonderful showers. The modern open concept kitchen and the dining area merge with the decor in the living room that reminds to the basque beech and oak groves, with a hint of sea. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
- On bookings made after May 6th, 2020 with a check-out date on or before March 31st, 2021*, guests may cancel up to 10 days before arrival and receive a full refund minus a $75 credit card processing fee. *Blackout dates: Stays taking place between December 20th and January 3rd do not qualify for 10-day cancellation.

House Rules
- No smoking in the apartment. Do not hang towels or clothes on the balcony. The municipal regulations prohibit it. Garbage should be taken out to the corresponding containers. Please, respect your neighbors. Quiet time is from 9PM to 9AM.
