The central living, dining and entertaining areas are on the entry level which opens out to covered patios, all are elevated to enjoy splendid gardens and soft breezes from the sea. Two guest bedrooms are located on the same level with private patios.
The center of this Barbados villa is without a doubt around the enticing fluted edge pool. Here, you can spend hours basking in the sun or sitting in the pool just chilling with friends and family.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- - Use of P20 sunscreen is forbidden
- - Do not touch the manchineel fruit as it will cause blistering. Should any member of your party handle them, seek medical attention immediately.
- - Avoid sheltering under manchineel trees when it’s raining as the water dripping from them will cause blisters.
- - Steps throughout the house
- - Child restriction of 12 years old.
- - Lower rates available for 5 and 4 bedrooms option.
