Prospect Street runs along the top of La Jolla’s coastline, and Seashore VII sits right in the thick of it — a five-minute walk from the bluff path, the sea lions, and the clear green water at La Jolla Cove. It’s the kind of address where you can grab coffee on the way out, spend the afternoon in the ocean, and be back before the towel dries. Inside, the mood is bright and unmistakably Southern Californian: light finishes, breezy texture, and a clean modern palette that reads like the coast just outside the window. The living area is built around a deep, comfortable sofa, the sort that pulls everyone in for a movie once the sun goes down, and the king bed handles the rest — because a day of salt air and sunshine tends to catch up with you all at once. The neighborhood does a lot of the work here. The village puts boutiques, galleries, coffee shops, and a genuinely deep bench of restaurants within a few blocks, from casual patios to long, unhurried dinners with an ocean view. Follow Coast Boulevard south and you reach Children’s Pool, where harbor seals haul out on the sand, with Ellen Browning Scripps Park along the way for a picnic above the water. La Jolla Shores, about a mile north, is the wide, gentle beach for paddleboarding and first-time surfers, with Birch Aquarium on the bluff just above it. Windansea draws the surfers, Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve has the cliff trails and the pines, and Belmont Park’s wooden roller coaster and boardwalk sit about twenty minutes down the coast in Mission Beach when someone in the group wants the adrenaline version of a beach day. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Property Manager’s approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please be aware that this property is located on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs. - Please note that this home is surrounded by restaurants and is situated in a busy area with strong nightlife activity. - Please note, we do not allow shipping or deliveries of parcels to any of our properties since we do not have access to mailboxes, and cannot guarantee delivery, receipt, or protection of your items at the property. - This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000. - Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted. - Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine. - While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance. - No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Property Manager. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings. - All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings. Parking Details: No parking available on site, we highly encourage Uber or Lyft. Street parking is limited and garage parking is at a cost; not affiliated with our property. This home comes with a pack n’ play travel crib and a high chair available. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / King bed with En-suite Living room / Sleeper sofa + 2 twin size tri-fold sleeping mats --- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at Property Manager than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
