Villa Rita is a recently rebuilt Algarvian style villa in a quiet area in Algarve, 9 km from the center of the very famous Albufeira. Located on a top of a hill, surrounded by orange and almond trees, this spacious property comfortably accommodates 10 persons. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, cabinets and has a large breakfast table. The equally spacious dining and living area showcase modern and retro furnishings, a fireplace and lovely views over the quiet and green landscape. 4 bedrooms are located on the villa and 1 extra bedroom on the outbuilding that also counts with a support kitchen with barbecue. Air conditioning is available throughout all villa. On the exterior, a private swimming pool 10 m x 5 m, an outdoor dining area, a mini football pitch, a small basketball pitch and volleyball net will certainly provide a lot of fun and relaxation, complemented by the beautiful mountain and sea views. Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House Rules
- Preferred changeover day: flexible
- Minimum stay: 7 nights in July and August; 5 nights the rest of the year
- Smoking is not allowed
- Parties/events are not allowed
- Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 07:00
