Stay at our luxurious and spacious 4 bedroom / 4.5 bath townhouse in the heart of Winter Park for your next winter ski vacation or summer getaway!
The convenience is unbeatable ...walk to restaurants, bars, shops, and the beautiful Fraser River Trail. Just a few steps from the townhouse, the free shuttle bus picks you up and within minutes you are at the base of the Winter Park Resort and ready to snow ski! Additionally, a new supermarket, Fireside Marketplace and Eatery, has open up just around the corner from our place.
Winter Park is only 90 miles from Denver International Airport, so getting here quickly, inexpensively, and in all weather conditions from most places in the USA is not a problem. Also, Amtrak runs regularly from downtown Denver to Winter Park/Fraser. You may not need a car at all!

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Please be aware that we live in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood that has a mix of both full-time residents and units that are vacation rentals. Please consider the following:
- ● NO LOUD NOISE OR DISTURBANCES will be permitted - there is a strict 10:00 pm noise curfew
- ● This is not a “Party House” and renters need to be QUIET AND RESPECTFUL of their neighbors and their privacy
- ● The homeowners association (HOA) does not allow guests to have pets, and there are fines for the guests for not following the rules
- ● NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
- ● No parties or events.
- ● Pets are not allowed.
- ● You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
