This charming stone villa is located in the center of the picturesque village of Deia with fabulous views of the town, the Tramuntana mountains and the sea. The property offers four ensuite bedrooms, a roof terrace, an infinity pool and is close to the beach, Cala Deia. The villa is designed around an open floor plan with high ceilings, cool white walls, and windows framing the spectacular views. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living and dining areas which are furnished with an eye to both comfort and function. Crisp white walls are relieved by rustic touches of white washed beams and natural wood. Two of the four ensuite bedrooms access the pool, a third opens onto a terrace and the fourth has views of the village, swimming pool and mountains. The exterior of the villa is composed of two terraces. The lower terrace includes an infinity pool and overlooks the village of Deia, the surrounding mountains and the sea.
