NEW: This home includes FREE Waikoloa Village Resort passes in 2026. This Waikoloa Village Resort was voted #1 resort in Hawaii by USA Today. Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 10 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon for snorkeling, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle. It also includes a 10% discount on Spa Treatments, 10% discount on Lagoon toys and Cabana rentals. Guests love this resort pass which gives them the best of both worlds with hotel privileges and a comfortable well equipped vacation home. Children under 5 do not count towards 10 people. An additional Rollaway can be brought for an 11th person (best suited for a child) The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 8 people plus another 8 at the lanai outdoor table, or 3 at the expansive kitchen island. The large unbelievably comfortable couches in the great room are perfect for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! The great room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the sound-bar, watch the game, or relax with a movie.
