A 3-bedroom villa located in Gustavia minutes to beaches and shopping. The living area is furnished with sofas and cushions and opens to a gourmet kitchen and Japanese-style dining room with a teak and bamboo table. The living area opens to the pool and view. The master bedroom has a king-size platform bed, adjoining dressing room, ensuite bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms are in the guesthouse. Each bedroom has twin beds, that can convert to a king-size bed, and access to a private terrace overlooking the harbor. The surrounding deck has sitting areas and a dining table with an umbrella. The house also has air-conditioning in the bedrooms, WiFi and high-speed Internet, a gas grill, a wine cellar, and French satellite TV. Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House Rules
- Villa Serenity comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children, but does not allow pets.
