The Property is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath log style home that has it all. Totally private, you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay, sleeps 10 comfortably. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area that seats 8. Dogs are allowed at this property for an additional fee of $50 per pet, per day. The living room opens into the dining and kitchen area, which is great for family gatherings. The dining area opens to out an outdoor covered patio, with a BBQ and picnic table. One bedroom has a Log King size bed, with a 40 inch smart TV. The second room has a log queen bed, with 40 inches of smart TV. The third bedroom has a full/full bunk bed with a pullout twin trundle and 32’ smart TV. For your comfort and safety, please only one adult or two children on the top bunk. Relax, snuggle up by the propane fireplace and enjoy a movie on the 60’ LED smart TV with surround sound. The kids will enjoy playing the Xbox 360 and many games provided. Just a short walk to the Lewis Creek private park where you can picnic or wade in the cool water. The lower floor is complete with a master bedroom with a queen bed and an attached bathroom. There is a game room with an air hockey table and a foosball table and sofa bed. Watch the game on the 60" TV complete with surround sound. Please note***Dogs are not allowed in the downstairs area due to the new carpet being installed. Dogs are welcome on the upper floor. Here’s the bedding breakdown: 2 rooms with queens 1 room with king 1 room with 2 fulls and 1 twin 1 queen sleeper in the game room. Please note: This is a quiet family community, disruptive behavior is not tolerated.
