The Property has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms, Sleeps up to 7. The Property is one half of a duplex and is located inside Yosemite National Park in a small private development called Yosemite West. The home is centrally located to many of the Park’s major attractions: Yosemite Valley is 20 minutes away - Glacier Point is 25-30 minutes - The Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoia Trees is 35 minutes and Yosemite Ski & Snowboard Resort is located 8 miles away. Great amenities include easy, flat parking for up to 3 cars (a rare find which makes travel so much easier in every season), Air Conditioning, plus free Wifi! On the 1st floor, you’ll enter to a large open area with two benches with storage — the perfect place to sit after a day out exploring to rest and remove your shoes and boots. You’ll also find a secondary living area complete with gas fireplace, sectional sofa, and satellite TV. A guest bedroom with a queen bed and a hallway bathroom with tub/shower combination are nearby. The 2nd guest bedroom on the 1st floor has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle bed. Laundry facilities are also on the 1st floor. On the second story, you’ll find the kitchen, dining/living room area with wood floors and knotty pine ceilings. The kitchen has granite counter tops, knotty alder cabinets, gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave oven. Enjoy the view from the large 2nd floor balcony complete with a propane grill and dining table that seats six. The main living room (2nd floor) has a leather sectional, gas fireplace and flat screen HDTV/Blueray and satellite television. The dining area table seats eight plus there are 3 bar stools at the island counter. Also on the 2nd floor is a third bedroom with a queen bed. There is a full bathroom in the hallway upstairs. The Property is one of the best locations in the park with all of the features you need to make your Yosemite vacation a wonderful experience!
