Kensington Church Street is in the very pulsating heart of Notting Hill, nestled between Ladbroke Grove and High Street Kensington, in one of the most refined parts of London, close to the museums, west end, and upscale boutique shopping. Notting Hill Gate tube is about seven minutes walk away. Famous for featuring in the film, Notting Hill, and for being home to A-list celebrities, including Madonna, there are no less than thirteen unique shops within a mile radius! Architecturally, this handsome street is classically attractive in a regal way, whilst mixing old-school charm with cutting-edge new entrepreneurial eateries. For a pit stop, visitors may enjoy blueberry pancake with bacon at Ffiona’s - offering one of the most diverse brunch menus in the whole of London. The Shed offers organic sharing plates; set up by farming brothers it serves seasonal food alongside a dazzling cocktail list. Afternoon tea at The Orangery, the royal pavilion in Kensington Palace Gardens is about as civilised as it gets. For a rainy afternoon, the Electric cinema is one of the oldest working cinemas in Britain, offering not only a great range of independent cinema, but also cashmere blanket, cocktails and delicious food! With its mix of quirky backstreets, regal architecture, artsy crowd and history, Notting Hill is a wonderful place to spend a few days, whether it be antiques, film, food or shopping that interests you! Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
  • For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
