Located on the corner of Lincoln and York Street, this Historic Luxurious Townhome is in the heart of it all. Live like a local and enjoy being within walking distance to many nearby venues, restaurants, and attractions. The home boasts with high ceilings, fine furnishings, and a private courtyard.
Entering into the foyer, you’ll immediately take notice of a multitude of rich architectural details, including original hardwood floors, high ceilings, and large decorative fireplaces. On the first floor, you’ll find a designated sitting room and a chef’s kitchen fitted with a gas stove. Adjacent to the kitchen is dining room with seating for four Lucky guests. Down the hall, a full-size bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Head upstairs where you’ll find the spacious bedrooms, and two additional bathrooms. The first bathroom is located just atop of the stairs, and offers a large vanity, with plenty of space to get ready for a day on the town. Around the corner, the primary suite, that floods with natural light and rich decor. The large dressing room off of the primary bedroom is perfect for a bride-to-be on her big day. Also connected, a spa-like ensuite bathroom fitted with a jetted tub, walk-in shower and double vanity. Head down the hall to find the second bedroom, that overlooks tree lined York Street. Off of the kitchen, guests can find the private courtyard space that is deal for family meals, an evening glass of wine, or a morning cup of joe!

What is parking like for this home?
This home has on-street, metered parking. Meters are monitored by the City of Savannah, Monday through Saturday, from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. You will need to pay the meters on Saturday and Sunday. You may also park in a nearby garage, or purchase a parking pass at the Visitor Information Center located on MLK Jr., Blvd. This information and more is provided for our guests in our confirmation email upon booking.
