This apartment lies in the Prati district of Rome, just minutes away from the Vatican City. Prati itself is beautiful, and offers many great restaurants and bars for a relaxed evening drink and meal. Being near the Vatican, you will be just a stone’s throw away from the gorgeous St. Peter’s Basilica, as well as the Vatican Museums. We highly recommend arriving early to both of these, as queues can be very long, and tiring in the summer heat. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Arrival between 20:30 and 23:00 are subject to 25.00EUR late arrival fee. Arrival between 23:00 and 10:00 are subject to 50.00EUR late arrival fee.
