Wonderful property located in Aldeia do Meco, with accommodation for 10 persons. This lovely holiday home is divided into 3 separate buildings. In the main building, we can find the common areas with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining area with direct access to the garden and pool. A suite and a bedroom with a bunk bed are also located here. The other 2 builds have a suite and a bedroom with a bunk bed each. The exterior with a private swimming pool, and outdoor dining area and a spacious garden offer the tranquility, the privacy and the amusement required when on vacation. The beach can be found within 2.8 km and in the village within 1 km sits a handful of nice restaurants. Sesimbra famous for the various fish restaurants can be reached within a short drive. Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House Rules
- Pool/beach towels optional: 5€ per towel per stay
- Preferred changeover day: flexible
- Minimum stay: 7 nights in July and August; 4 nights the rest of the year
- Smoking is not allowed
- Pets are not allowed
- Parties/events are not allowed
- Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 07:00
