Splendid villa for 10+2 persons, located in Cascais. This fantastic holiday home offers quality facilities with the necessary comfort to bid to the holidaymaker superb holidays in one of the most prestigious regions of Portugal.
In the interior of the property, 5 spacious bedrooms, a living and dining area in open space and a fully equipped kitchen are at guests´ disposal. In the basement, there is a games room with table tennis, sofas and a widescreen TV, a fitness area with a stationary bicycle and weights.
Moving towards the exterior guests will find a private heated swimming pool 12 m x 7 m, a large garden, an outdoor dining area, a lounge area, sunbeds and a barbecue. Parking for 3 cars is also available inside the villa.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House Rules
- Pool towels: 5€ per towel per stay
- Pool heating optional: 35€ per day
- 2 extra beds on request for the 11th, and 12th person: included
- Preferred changeover day: Saturday in July & August
- Minimum stay: 7 nights in July and August; 4 nights the rest of the year
- Smoking is not allowed
- Pets are not allowed
- Parties/events are not allowed
- Young adults aren't welcome
- Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 07:00
