Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • ASSOCIATION OFFICE HOURS: The office is open from 8 am-12 pm (noon) and 1-4 pm Monday -
  • Friday. Contact your rental agent if you have questions or problems within your unit. For grounds
  • emergencies, call the Resident Manager (RM) at (808) 264-0002.
  • PARKING: ALL vehicles must be registered upon arrival – find Parking Permit Forms to the left of the
  • Association Office and display permit as instructed. Only one vehicle per condo may park on-site – additional
  • vehicles must be parked off-site. Resident Reserved Parking is for permanent residents.
  • LANAI (PORCH / PATIO): Per association rules, do not hang towels, bathing suits, or any items on the
  • railings. As a courtesy to those below, do not shake off or throw items over railings or sweep debris off lanais.
  • No smoking or personal BBQs on lanai. Beach Umbrella’s are not allowed on Lanais! Thank you!
  • NO SMOKING: Kana‘i A Nalu common areas are all non-smoking. Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping devices,
  • cigars, and other smoking implements are not allowed on the lanais, walkways, courtyard, pool, beach, or
  • any common area. Two designated smoking areas are east and west of the parking lots. Smoking of any kind
  • inside the condo is at the discretion of the individual unit owners.
  • QUIET HOURS: 10 pm until 8 am. Please always be considerate of others and be aware that your voice
  • carries across the entire complex: lanais, courtyard, beach, pool, and parking lot. No noisy work projects are
  • to be done on Sunday. No events can be held on property without 48 hours’ notice to RM. Please contact RM
  • for scheduling and rules.
  • SEAWALL AND BEACH ACCESS: For your safety, stay behind the fence at the seawall’s edge and do
  • not stand, walk, or sit on the seawall. We recommend you safely access the beach from Haycraft Park at
  • the east end of Hau‘oli Street.
  • LAWN FURNITURE: For use on lawn only, and never to be used on the beach or lanais. Lawn
  • furniture cannot be reserved. Please return all lawn furniture to the holding area after use, or before 9 pm.
  • Do not move the BBQ patio area chairs and/or tables from the tiled area.
  • POOL RULES: The pool is open from 9 am until 9 pm. No Diving! Please read all posted signs both outside
  • and inside of the enclosure. No lifeguard on duty! Adult supervision is required at all times. Adults are
  • always responsible for the actions, behavior, and well-being of minors. Swim diapers are required for sanitary
  • reasons. No nudity, glass, or food in the pool area. No climbing on the waterfall. No toys, balls, air floats,
  • boogie boards, surf boards, or diving fins are permitted in the pool. Eye goggles and snorkel masks are
  • allowed. Water wings, noodles, and life jackets are acceptable. No Diving from the pool Deck! Please, be
  • respectful and use common sense when the pool is busy.
  • COURTYARD, COMPLEX AND PLAY AREA RULES: For enjoyment of all visitors, no games are allowed on
  • the complex property, including (but not limited to) volleyball, football, baseball, soccer, kickball, paddleball, or
  • frisbee. No scooter use or skateboarding is allowed on the property. All games may be played off the property,
  • on the beach, or at Haycraft Park at the east end of Hau‘oli Street.
  • In addition, Drones are not allowed on the complex except for professional use.
  • BARBECUE AREA: The barbecues may be used from 9 am - 9 pm. After each use, clean BBQ grills and
  • counter area and turn off gas. No glass in BBQ area. Personal BBQs are prohibited on the complex
  • property, including lanais.
  • SEPTIC SYSTEM (STP): Do not dispose of anything but septic toilet tissue in toilets! Disposable
  • diapers, Swiffer sheets, any feminine products, personal wipes, paper towels, etc. will plug up the
  • sewage treatment plant system.
  • TRASH DISPOSAL & RECYCLING: Trash and recycling areas are located on both sides of the complex near
  • the property’s entrance / exit driveways. Please carefully sort and place recycling in labeled bins.
  • CONSERVATION: Help conserve resources: when leaving your unit, turn off the air conditioners and lights,
  • and conserve water when possible.
  • ANIMALS: Pets or other animals are not allowed in the condo without owner permission. Do not feed stray
  • animals or birds. Pets on the property must be leashed and may be no larger than 25 pounds. Please clean
  • up after your pet.
