Gulf Harbour is a great community that offers an array of enjoyable amenities to its guests. This 3 Bedroom/3 Bath Penthouse Unit at Gulf Harbour overlooks the water and provides fabulous sunsets views. You will feel you are in heaven!
Enjoy your afternoons at the pool or relax with a glass of wine watching the boats and sunsets on the outdoor lanai.
Master bedroom has king sized bed, 2nd bedroom has queen bed, and 3rd bedroom has a full-size sleeper sofa.
Large great room with generous seating area around a HDTV Smart TV.
A dining room table completes the open area.
The unit has a fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast table and all new appliances.
Minimum stay is two months during season (58 nights).

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
- On select bookings made after May 6th, 2020 with a check-out date on or before June 30, 2021*, guests may cancel up to 10 days before arrival and receive a full refund minus a $75 credit card processing fee. *Exclusion and Blackout dates apply. Stays taking place between December 20, 2020 and January 3, 2021 do not qualify for 10-day cancellation. Some individual homes may not be participating as noted in their individual Property Display Page.

House Rules
- Check-in is after 4:00 PM
- Check out is promptly at 10:00 AM
- NO smoking is allowed in the unit including the balcony or lanai
- Smoking is allowed on the open balcony in front of the unit.
- Guest signing the contract must be 21 years of age
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM daily
- No pets are permitted in the units or on the common areas of the property
- No noxious, offensive, dangerous, or otherwise unsafe activity shall be carried on in the unit
- All trash must be properly disposed of and not left in the common areas.
- You will sign a rental agreement after your confirmed booking
