Hit the hiking trails at the end of your street, relax on the beach at nearby Meeks Bay, or head out on the lake for a day of boating. Come winter, drive six minutes to the slopes of Homewood Mountain Resort or travel 25 minutes to Squaw Valley Ski Resort. You’ll also be within minutes of Vikingsholm, Chamberlands, and Tahoe City. Local restaurants are minutes from home and include upscale lakeside options. Find three local markets nearby.
A cozy living area welcomes you home after a day of alpine adventures. A couch, armchair, and loveseat sit before a gas fireplace. There is a bright dining area with a gorgeous wood table. Cooking meals is a breeze in the well-equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, outfitted with plenty of cookware and a full suite of appliances - including a gas range. Enjoy casual breakfasts at the kitchen bar as well.
