Conveniently located across the street from Park City Mountain’s parking area, it’s easy to be first in line for lifts like Three Kings and First Time. Your rental is also situated along the free bus line with service to Main Street and other Park City attractions.
After a fun-filled day on the mountain, return home and enjoy the warm ambience of the fireplace. Then take a relaxing soak in the shared hot tub.

Situated across the street from the lower parking area of Park City Mountain Resort, you can walk 350 yards to Three Kings Lift and First Time Lift.
A convenient location on the free bus line provides access to Main Street (Park City’s cultural hub) and other attractions across greater Park City. Or pay a visit to Deer Valley Resort, about 2 miles away.
Park City is now a three-resort town with the addition of Woodward Park City! Open year-round, Woodward is a world-class action sports destination and training facility. Highlights include 60 acres of sports and mountain parks, lift-accessed snowboarding, skiing, and mountain biking, as well as skateboarding and MBX facilities. Woodward also offers tubing, serviced by two surface lifts with the longest lanes in Utah!
