Perched on an extra-large forested lot minutes from Lake Tahoe and Heavenly, this spacious 3BR/2BA home boasts a park-like backyard with a new hot tub, and volleyball. Host a family cookout beneath the shade of a pergola -- the kids will flock to the playground while you grill. Inside, the 1,685-square-foot floor plan features a fireplace plus a gourmet kitchen chefs will love. Each bedroom has its own smart TV, making it easy to unwind after a day of outdoor adventure.
The gleaming kitchen is outfitted with a suite of stainless steel appliances. Meal preparation is simple, thanks to a gas range and French-door fridge. A high-top table seats eight to home-cooked meals in the dining room. The sprawling yard has an array of alfresco dining areas. A gas fireplace sits center stage in the light-filled living room. Settle in on the comfy furnishings and screen a film on the 58-inch smart TV.
Sleep soundly on a California king-size bed in the primary bedroom. An en-suite bathroom (also accessible from the hallway) features a beautifully tiled tub/shower combination. Comfort awaits in the second bedroom, detailed with a queen bed and a large walk-in closet. Two full beds await in the third guest room, which has a balcony and an en-suite bathroom (which can also be accessed from the hallway) with a tub/shower combination. Complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, high chairs, and Pack ’n Plays are provided.
