Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
- NO SMOKING: Smoking and/or vaping is strictly prohibited in this property as well as the immediate surroundings. The penalty for non-compliance is $5,000 per infraction and/or immediate eviction. NO PETS: No animals, birds, nor any other kind of "pet" is allowed, without the prior express written authorization of Property Manager or the Owner. Pets require prior express written authorization as well as added security deposits and cleaning costs. The penalty for non-compliance is up to $5,000 and/or immediate eviction. NO EVENTS: No events, parties or any gatherings that would exceed the Maximum Occupancy of the property or that would require parking at the property that would exceed that which can be accommodated by the garage and the driveway are allowed, without the prior express written authorization of Property Manager or the Owner. The penalty for non-compliance is up to $10,000 or 50% of the total rental fee and/or immediate eviction. COMMERCIAL USES PROHIBITED: Without prior express written authorization from Property Manager or the Owner, the property may not be used for any form of commercial activity including, but not limited to, corporate sponsorship or business activities which are used to distribute retail products or personal services to invitees for marketing or similar purposes, regardless of whether such products or services are charged for. This prohibition includes all forms of commercial use, including gifting and other marketing and promotional activities. The penalty for non-compliance is up to $10,000 or 50% of the total rental fee and/or immediate eviction. PARENTAL SUPERVISION: Parental supervision is required for all children under the age of 12 for any use of a pool, hot tub or elevator. ARRIVAL: We provide on-site check-in upon arrival to help you become acquainted with the property. Your concierge will be in touch prior to your stay to confirm your arrival time. Should that time change due to unforeseen issues, please reach out to your concierge so they can reschedule and provide your meet and greet at another time. Prior to arrival, we will require that you complete our check-in form as well as provide a credit card as security for any incidentals.
