Situated in the Queens Grant neighborhood of the Palmetto Dunes Resort, it’s easy to get to the beach for sun-kissed days playing in the sand and surf. Meander along charming bike trails or explore 11 miles of lagoons via kayak. Enjoy access to a host of on-site dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
LIVING AREA
Relax in the well-appointed and open living area, featuring vaulted ceilings as well as a queen-size sleeper sofa and two armchairs. Kick back and watch a movie on the 52’ TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare favorite recipes in the kitchen, equipped with granite countertops, a double-basin sink, and a full suite of helpful appliances.
When it’s time to eat, convene around the dining table with seating for six. Enjoy breakfast at the kitchen bar, which seats two.
BEDROOMS & BATH
This ground-floor villa sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa.
Find ultimate comfort in the master bedroom, complete with a king bed, three dressers, a 42’ TV, and direct deck access.
Sleep soundly in the guest bedroom, featuring a plush queen bed, dresser, and large closet.
The bathroom is configured with a jetted tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREAS

The Sea Pines Forest Preserve offers over 600 acres for hiking, horseback rides, and wildlife spotting (4.7 miles).
