All-season mountain adventures await at this inviting 2BR + loft condo. Walk 5 minutes from your front door to the ski lifts. In warmer months, venture out to the Wheeler Peak trail for a rewarding hike. A wood-burning stove offers crackling warmth in the living area, and a private balcony offers a serene hideout in the trees.
Large windows and vaulted ceilings create a spacious and sunny retreat. Interior highlights include vibrant decor, upscale furnishings, and a well-appointed kitchen.
LIVING AREA
The sunlit living area features a love seat and a plush sofa. Stream new movies on the 46” smart TV. The wood-burning stove provides warm ambience after a day of mountain fun.
The office area is furnished with a desk and a queen-size futon.
KITCHEN & DINING
The full kitchen includes everything you need to prepare tasty meals. A starter supply of dish soap and paper towels is provided for your convenience.
When you’re ready to eat, you’ll find seating for six at the table in the dining area.
BED & BATH
This two-story condo sleeps up to nine guests between two bedrooms and a queen-size futon.
The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private balcony. A bonus loft with two twin-size beds offers additional sleeping space. The adjacent bathroom is configured with a jet tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom holds a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Kick back in armchairs on the private balcony and admire the birds that visit the feeders. Make use of the small grill and enjoy a cookout.
EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS
Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. Log in with your own streaming accounts on the smart TV. (Your home is located in a canyon in the Carson National Forest and is surrounded by mountains. As such, the internet can be unreliable and is not suited for working remotely.)
Covered parking is available for one car in the carport.
For your convenience, firewood is provided for the wood-burning stove.
This rental is located on the third floor, accessed via one flight of stairs from the parking area; elevators are not available. The building does not have air-conditioning.
THE LOCATION
Walk 5 minutes from your front door to Al’s Run Lift 1. In warmer months, it’s just 450’ to the Bull of the Woods Trail. For more outdoor fun, play a round at the Taos Ski Valley Disc Golf Course, just 0.5 miles away.
