The loft is a brand new spacious flat steps from Atocha and Paseo del Prado. The huge living room is separated by the master bedroom and bathroom with a lattice structure and a curtain. This structure gives the guests more privacy during night time. Along the corridor, and right next to the fully-equipped kitchen, there is another bathroom and a second bedroom with a trundle bed making this apartment a perfect option for a short or long stay in the city.
The wonderful light that bathes the main room of the loft space will make you never want to leave (though of course exploring the area is recommended). There’s no place like Home...

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- No smoking.
- No parties or events allowed.
- No pets.
- No underage groups.
- Guests must respect the silent hours (9pm-9am).
