This stunning, four-bedroom home featuring all memory foam mattresses boasts two living areas (each with a fireplace and a flatscreen TV), a home office, a deck with forest views, and two kitchens. Situated mere minutes from both the ski slopes and hiking trails, this house is perfect for year-round Lake Tahoe getaways!
The main living area serves as the social heart of the home, featuring picture windows and vaulted ceilings. Enjoy the warm ambience of the gas fireplace and watch movies on the 48-inch TV with surround sound. A second living area on the lower level offers a wood-burning fireplace, a couch, a foosball table, and a 37-inch TV with an Xbox One and PS4, as well as controllers- great for children’s entertainment. On the top level, you will find an office with a large desk and ample light.
The well-equipped kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances and ample cookware. Gather for meals at the eight-person table and the four-person breakfast bar. Prepare snacks in the downstairs kitchenette, which offers a stove, a microwave, and a refrigerator.
This three-story home has four bedrooms, including a primary suite with a private bathroom offering a jetted tub/shower combination. The spacious second living area directly connects to the fourth bedroom which contains a queen over queen bunk bed. Additional amenities include complimentary high-speed WiFi, a washer/dryer, and a Tesla charger in the garage. The house includes air conditioning on the main floor and upstairs.
Enjoy lakefront dining at a number of great restaurants nearby, including Lone Eagle Grille at the OTA. In the winter, you’ll be close to Diamond Peak (five miles), Mt. Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (pools, fitness center, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details.
A long-term tenant occupies the apartment under the detached garage, which is accessed via a separate entrance.
The basement does not have air conditioning, but it remains a comfortable temperature and serves as a great kids retreat featuring bunk beds, TV with an XBox/playstation, and foosball.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
This rental has a strict no-parties policy with quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. No animals allowed.
