The Home

The spacious living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, a sofa-bed, a dining table and a desk. On the other hand, one of the bedrooms is equipped with a queen-size bed and full-lenght mirror and the other one has two single beds. The apartment is interior and it is located on the ground floor of the building.

The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher , fridge/freezer and a grill-microwave among other appliances.

While the bedroom and living room have wooden floors, the kitchen and bathroom, equipped with a shower, have modernist ceramic floors. 

During the winter, the apartment can be heated with the radiators located throughout the apartment. During summer, an A/C portable unit is provided per each unit.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
