Our 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath 2,500 square foot townhome is located at the base of Purgatory and offers convenience in all seasons. It was gutted and completely remodeled and professionally decorated in 2016. The condo features amazing views of the Needles Range and Spud Mountain and feature 4 decks (and gas grill) to enjoy the views in all directions. Its a very short walk to an easy ski run that takes you to the base area. Bed Configuration (all 3 bedrooms are upstairs): Bedroom 1 - King Bedroom 2 - Queen and Bunk Bed (single over single) 3rd - Bunk (Full over Queen) and Double Bed Main Living Space - Queen Pull Out Sofa The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee Stay with us and we offer Discounts on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities. We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to their regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following housekeeping best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.
