Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- -This home is non-smoking.
- -Pets may be allowed but are subject to authorization.
- -Quiet hours in the home begin at 22:00.
- -The home is not to be used for parties or large gatherings.
- -BBQs are not allowed in this house.
- -Trash disposal schedules of the building must be respected.
- -Upon arrival to the house, a valid credit card and ID must be presented.
- -Upon check out, the sets of keys must be left within the apartment on any surface (i.e. kitchen table) and trash disposed.
- -Standard check in time between 16:00-21:00. Other check in times may suffer a surcharge.
- -Standard check out time at 11:00.
