Residences du Carondelet (Residences on Carondelet) are Vacation Residences built in the style of traditional Garden District cottages. The residences are located on Carondelet Street one block off St. Charles Street. Just adjacent to everything the Garden District offers in NOLA.
This unique 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Courtyard Flat has a Kitchen, Living and Dining area. The 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths are setup in an ensuite floor plan with both bathrooms accessed in the bedrooms. The entrance to the unit is accessed directly from the Courtyard.
The secure gated compound layout has a large private courtyard shared by all units as well as a shared swimming pool. Six of the units are new construction and four of the units are modern updates of a turn of the century structure. Complete with recessed lighting and granite countertops. All units have century-old wood flooring and updated appliances and the newer units have exquisite quartz countertops.
Street car - Residences Du Carondelet sits within one block of St. Charles Street Car Lines. Residents can step out the door and ride North through Mid-City to City Park or West through the CBD uptown to the Garden District, the Universities, and the Carrollton neighborhood.
CBD - Residences Du Carondelet is situated at the walking distance Central Business District (CBD). Originally known as the "Faubourg St. Marie", the CBD was the site of the city’s first expansion outside of its original French Quarter boundaries in 1803.
Nightlife and Gambling - The CBD has emerged as one of the most exciting neighborhoods in New Orleans boasting some of the country’s finest dining establishments, premier music venues, and vibrant nightlife. Don’t forget the Casino is also only a short drive away via Lyft or Uber.
French Quarter - Residences Du Carondelet is a 15 minute walk and 5 minutes Lyft or Uber Drive from the world famous French Quarter and one-of-a-kind music, entertainment, dining, and architecture. Should you choose to take-in the sounds of Bourbon Street or enjoy an unforgettable meal and a quiet, evening stroll by the cathedral, the unmistakable heart of our city is at your doorstep.
Superdome – Smoothie King Center - Residences Du Carondelet is 25 minute walk and 7 minute Uber or Lyft Drive to the world famous Superdome and the Smoothie King Center. We have free on-street parking so you can drive in and let Lyft and Uber be your chauffeur during your stay.
Restaurants - Residences du Carondelet are short walking distance from great Establishments like Emeril’s Delmonico, Lula Restaurant Distillery and Mr. Ed’s Seafood & Oyster House. If you are looking for late night grub there are many to choose from on St. Charles Street like the St Charles Tavern (a 24hr bar that has great munchie food) and don’t forget Tacos and Beer another 24 hour lunch and munch spot.

• The residence has no dedicated parking. Only street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Things to know
• This unit is on the 1st floor but there are a couple of stairs.
• We may use video surveillance in public areas.
• For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request
• Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 10 am. Guests are welcome to request an early check-in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm 24 hours in advance.
• Gatherings of more than 4 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent
The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• City residents are required to book a minimum of a 3-night stay.
• A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request
