This unique 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Courtyard Flat has a Kitchen, Living and Dining area. The 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths are setup in an ensuite floor plan with both bathrooms accessed in the bedrooms. The entrance to the unit is accessed directly from the Courtyard. The secure gated compound layout has a large private courtyard shared by all units as well as a shared swimming pool. Six of the units are new construction and four of the units are modern updates of a turn of the century structure. Complete with recessed lighting and granite countertops. All units have century-old wood flooring and updated appliances and the newer units have exquisite quartz countertops. Street car - Residences Du Carondelet sits within one block of St. Charles Street Car Lines. Residents can step out the door and ride North through Mid-City to City Park or West through the CBD uptown to the Garden District, the Universities, and the Carrollton neighborhood. Check-out time is any time before 10 am. Guests are welcome to request an early check-in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm 24 hours in advance. • Gatherings of more than 4 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
