Situated on a secluded 1 1/2 acre garden paradise our the cottage is not visible from any neighboring homes. It’s a great place to write your memoirs, commune with nature, write that book or binge watch Jack Ryan. And given the current environment, THE COTTAGE IS METICULOUSLY CLEANED.
The space
Just minutes from Muir Woods, Mt. Tam and less than 1mi from the famous Mountain Home Inn off Panoramic Highway.
***The road getting here is windy, but once you’re here we guarantee you will not leave.
Our dream like cottage is set on a 1 1/2 acre "park-like" setting with a beautiful garden.
This mountain retreat is situated on a hill with beautiful views of the valley, and the Bay. It offers a ladder-to-loft hideaway for an extra 2 people (in addition to the quaint master bedroom).
A fireplace in the living room will truly bring you comfort and warmth in any season.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 1) Rental Agreement will be sent once the booking is confirmed, via docusign.
- 2) Guests must be above the age of 25.
- 3) Parties are not permitted on the property.
- 4) The property is nonsmoking, violators will be fined.
